Amato, 60 of Palmer Twp. passed away Thursday February 19, 2009 in his home surrounded by his family. Born: October 12, 1948 in Easton, a son of the late Phillip and Ruth Frey Amato. Personal: Phillip and his wife the former Marion M. Buskirk celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary on September 2nd. He was the proprietor of Amato Chiropractic Center in Palmer Twp. Phillip was a graduate of Easton Area High School class of 1966, East Stroudsburg University and Cleveland Chiropractic College class of 1975. He served in the Navy during Peacetime. Memberships: Phillip attended Life Church of Allentown for many years. He was a member of the Christian Chiropractors Association, Pennsylvania Chiropractors Association, Palmer Twp. BIP and the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Phillip is survived by sons, Phillip M. Amato III and wife Lyndsey of Allentown, Dr. Anthony J. Amato and wife Jill of Riegelsville, PA, daughters Nicole Pelonero and husband Salvatore of Wilson Borough., Dr. Angela Newcomer and husband Todd of Hellertown, PA, Renee Hampton and husband David of Palmer Twp., Dena Amato at home., sisters Beatrice Guadagnino of Boca Rotan, FL, Patricia Romano of Paris, TN, a brother Joseph Amato of State College, PA and 11 grandchildren. Services: Calling hours will be held Sunday from 1 until 4 p.m. and Monday from 9 until 10 a.m. in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp. Memorials: Contributions may be made to the Miller Keystone Blood Center, 1465 Valley Center Parkway, Bethlehem, PA 18017 in memory of Phillip.

She received her Bachelor s Degree in Education from Kutztown University. Memberships: Mary was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, and the Kutztown Alumni Association. Survivors: Mary is survived by her sons, Larry, David, daughter, Joan Belinc, a sister, Sarah, grandsons, Michael D Amelio, Frank H. Belinc, and a granddaughter, Monet DiVentura. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph D Amelio, sisters, Lillian, Betty, sons, Andrew and Raymond D Amelio. Services: A calling hour will be held on Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). Anascavage, 82, of Easton, PA passed away on September 4, 2015 at the Phoebe Home in Allentown, PA surrounded by her family. Born on April 4, 1933 in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Ignatz Klausz and Katherine Etzell Klausz. She was predeceased by her husband, the late Charles Anascavage, who passed in 1994.;Mrs. Anascavage was a dedicated wife and mother and in later years enjoyed working as a cook at the Ferry Street Cafe and Cook Shop in Easton. She was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church where she was a member of the Senior and Bereavement Choirs. Additionally she was a member of Catholic Daughters of America and was a Third Order Carmelite.;Survivors are her children, Charles Anascavage and wife Susan of Nazareth, PA, Joan Kies and husband Dennis of Danielsville, PA, and Mark Anascavage of Easton. Grandchildren are Alex and Sarah Kies, Melissa Salla, and Megan Anascavage. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Anascavage was predeceased by a son Paul, who passed in 1960, and two brothers, Nicholas Klausz and Ignatz Klausz Jr.;A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, St. Bernard's Oratory, 132 S. 5th Street in Easton. There will be a calling hour in the church on Wednesday from 9-10 AM. The interment will be at Gethsemane Cemetery in Palmer Township. Gethsemane Cemetery, Easton, PACatherine W. Woods Andries17 Oct 19094 May 2012 Catherine W. Woods Andries at Find a GraveCatherine W. Andries of Plymouth Meeting passed away on May 4, 2012, at 102 years of age. Born October 17, 1909, to the late Thomas and Mary (nee Brophy) Woods, she was the seventh of their eight children in West Easton, PA. Mrs. Andries graduated from Misericordia Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1931. She served as a Registered Nurse at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital from the time of its opening in 1933 until her marriage to the late Raymond M. Andries, MD on St. Valentine's Day, 1942. Their new life together was interrupted by Dr. Andries' service to the Army Medical Corps in Europe, while Catherine helped relieve a vital nursing shortage in the operating room of her beloved father-in-law. The end of WW II saw their renewed life of love and service take root in Plymouth Meeting, PA, where they established a medical office in their home. Catherine contributed to the new general practice as nurse and office manager which she balanced with her tireless devotion to her family as wife and mother. Mrs. Andries was well known throughout the community for devotion to the Catholic faith, commitment to the Pro-Life movement, and as a ready volunteer for Sacred Heart Hospital and Parish life. Her Irish humor, optimism and wisdom were treasured by friends and family alike. She is survived by her daughter Rosemary A. Horstmann M.D. (husband Joseph P., M.D.), and son, Raymond C., M.D. (wife Ruta G., M.D.) three granddaughters Anne M. Horstmann, CatherineM. Horstmann, and Daina C. Andries, and her sister Agnes Andries. She was predeceased by her siblings: John Woods, Julia Woods, James Woods, Thomas Woods, Jeremiah Woods, and Mary Mellon McDonald. Relatives and friends are invited to share in the vigil for Mrs. Andries on Thursday, May 10 from 7-9 PM with the Rosary at 8 PM at Boyd-Horrox of East Norriton, 200 W. Germantown Pike at Hillcrest Avenue. There will be a brief viewing Friday, May 11 from 9:30 to 9:50 AM at St. Paul R.C. Church. Her Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 AM at St. Paul R.C. Church, 2007 New Hope Street, East Norriton, PA 19401. Interment: Gethsemane Cemetery, Easton, PA. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent in her name to St. Paul R.C.
