Bader, 85, of Easton, PA, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017 in Easton Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Zadie was born in Easton, a son of the late Whabe and Mary (Mousa) Bader. Zadie was married to the former Patricia Bilotta before her passing in 2006.;He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, serving in the 101st Airborne. He was a purchasing agent for Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission until retiring in 1996. Previously, he worked for the former Fredwell Novelty Company. Zadie lived for his family. He was a wonderful father, grandfather and great-grandfather with a kind and generous heart. He was loved by many. He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten and always in our hearts. Before enlisting in the Army, Zadie was a member of the Easton High School, class of 1950. He was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, and Safety First Volunteer Fire Co.;Zadie is survived by his daughters, Patricia Ann Stahley and husband, David, Mary Louise Marcum and husband, James Jr., Donna Marie Fogel and husband, Randy Sr., a son, Samuel Lobb, grandchildren, Randy Fogel, Jr., Anthony Fogel, Nichole Gallo and husband, John, Anita Stahley, great-grandchildren, Giavanni, Julian, and Gemma, and a sister, Queenie Jabbour. In addition to his wife, he was, preceded in death by his brothers, Caleen and Naif Bader, and a sister, Calima.;Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. with a Prayer of The Incense at 7:45 p.m. in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). An additional calling hour will be held on Monday from 8 to 9 a.m. in the funeral home. A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, 4th & Ferry streets, Easton. Surviving are three sons, Joseph of Easton, Maynard of Reading and Elliott, at home;a daughter, Helen Melhem;two sisters, Catherine Isaac and Jean Bentz, and two brothers, Arthur and Wallace, all of Easton;11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Alfonso D Morello Funeral Home in Easton. Divine Liturgy will follow in Our of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church in Easton. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery in Palmer Township.

Personal: Elliott was employed as a machine operator for Magnetic Windings, retiring in 1998. He was a graduate of Easton Catholic High School, class of 1954. Elliott served in the Army during World War II. Memberships: He was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, Easton. Survivors: A sister, Helen Melhem, of Easton, a brother, Maynard Badway, of Reading and several nieces and nephews. A brother, Joseph Badway, preceded Elliott in death. Services: 9:15 a.m. Tuesday in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Palmer Township, followed by a 10 a.m. Divine Liturgy in the church, 4th and Ferry Streets, Easton. Calling hours will be held Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. with Prayer of the Incense at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Township. She was the owner of the former Sultan Bar along with her husband, in Easton until retiring in 1986, and prior to that she worked at Lehigh Foundry. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons Marwood J. of Deerfield Beach, FL, and Paul L Badway and his wife Cindy of Easton. Also surviving are grandchildren Lisa Marie and Kevin James Badway, a brother David Joseph of Providence, RI, and a sister Barbara Maiorano of Fort Myers, Florida and nieces and a nephew. Services will be held at Alfonso D Morello Funeral Home in Easton. Divine Liturgy will follow in Our of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church in Easton. She met her husband of 48 years, the late Maurice A Badway, in Brooklyn, NY. They raised their family in Brooklyn Heights until 1971, when they purchased their farm in Asbury.;She was employed as an administrative assistant at the Hunterdon Learning Center in Califon, NJ, for many years. She worked for several doctors' offices, retiring from Riverfield Medical Group, Clinton, NJ. Katherine and her husband were the proprietors of Lawrence Pharmacy of Bloomsbury, NJ, for 38 years. She loved to travel the country and the world. She loved NYC: Broadway, dining, ballet and opera. She was an avid reader. She loved her farm, enjoying her flowers, and spending time by the pool. But most importantly, she loved her family and her friends. She was a member of the Asbury Methodist Church, and the Bykota Club.;Katherine is survived by her daughter, Lisa A. Smith and husband, David, of Asbury, NJ, her son, Lawrence M. Badway and wife, Theresa, of Alpha, NJ, her son, Gregory T. Badway of Wrightsville Beach, NC, and five grandchildren, Sean, Erica, Brendon and wife Rachel, Maurice, and Lawrence.;Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 31, at the Finegan Funeral Home, 302 Heckman St., Phillipsburg, NJ, from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 1, at 10:30 a.m., at Asbury Methodist Church, 455 Old Main St., Asbury, NJ.
